**Q: Are these cloudsteppers?**
A: No, Clark’s is the brand.  Very comfortable sandals.

**Q: Are these men or women’s sandals? Because it says men’s department and The sizes are listed as female.**
A: They are women’s sandals.

**Q: I wear a size 10 what size should i order in these?**
A: I bought these over the summer after having severe plantar fasciitis. They are the only sandals I can wear. I ordered my regular shoe size and they fit perfectly.

**Q: Can these go in the water?**
A: Not sure but I did scotch guard mine.

These were so comfortable right out of the box and I love the little design around the ankle!  I have fat ankles so these are snug there but completely wearable, with great support and nice adjustable straps.  Once again, great shoes from Clark’s.

Other reviewers who mentioned the ankle strap are correct. It needs to be longer or have more velcro. It is hard to do up as it is. I have narrow ankles and I can only just do it up. If I had fatter ones it would not be able to be done up, so I see why there have been negative reviews.I think it would not be hard to alter this design a bit to improve it.
