I am extremely pleased with this purchase!The sheathe is a good quality leather and is well treated and stained. The stitching is tight and the buttons are sturdy. The knife is perfectly secure when the strap is clasped.The knife itself is very well made and has a beautiful rustic look. The blade is thick enough to be sturdy for tough tasks while the fine edge and point would be effective for processing game. The spine of the tang has been ground out along the edges to create a unique pattern, and the gaps are filled in with an epoxy and smoothed to blend with the wood grips.
