Satisfied with the quality of the material, the finish. Color and design is same as displayed on the website.

The media could not be loaded.  The product is overall satisfactiry .... But in just one year of use leatherette cover is is getting damaged and slowly coming out.

It’s been almost 1 year and there is no issue as such.The best thing is that they had send fabric samples over mail so that I could select and they had ade the sofa as per the shared picture and approved colour .

Superb work done by team. Seller customised the fabric and accessories as per our requirements and delivered the sofa well within time with 100% quality. A big thumbs up to them and highly recommend others for their purchase.

Look wise sofa good.But the three seater sofa legs status damaged. May be this sofa itself not made with solid wood. Sofa leg state changes from 90 degrees to 45 degrees. The sofa structure wood damaged. Later I kept few wooden sticks for support. Other wise sofa will fully damaged. This is happened 2months back. But later i got call from ES ESPHINO Customer care center and asked me to give review. Then I explained my issue and asked them to fix.That time they said Yes. But after few more days another call from customer care and asked about my issue. Again I explained,but they talked indecent manner. They said "you didn't use properly". This sentence hurts me. After that i didn't get any call from them.Now i am writing this review after 2weeks of that call.in my family myself, my wife and two kids. AS PER THEIR COMMENTS,THE SOFA IS FOR KIDS OR KINDERGARDEN CHILDS.NOT FOR ADULTS. May be they should give some classes or sessions to customers how to use their solid wood sofa.Please give some respect to customers. I will not recommend this to anyone.Thank you.
