I use them on long airplane flights under my regular pants, and my legs thank me for it, I don't have swelling when I arrive. I removed stars because the stitches on one side detached. I had this happen on one pair that I had to return (they arrived with loose threads). The second pair looked OK until I wore them for the first time. I ended up sewing them myself, and they've held up well since then. I think it was a factory defect. Most likely, they're selling their second-hand leggings here on Amazon.
