Better and easier to turn
This knob is much better than the original. The spring which both holds it on and creates resistance while turning, is about half the size of the original knobs spring. Although my original knob broke,I would recommend getting one of these if yours is hard to turn like mine was.

Took 30 Seconds to Remove and Replace! (Delonghi Knob)
I was a bit concerned when I ordered this. It seems at least one person had problems attaching it and I'm not the youngest and am lacking in dexterity, so I figured I might have problems too. However, doing without my Cappuccino was not an option so I took the risk and ordered it. My fears were unfounded. I had the old knob off and the new one on in about 30 seconds. The new knob looks just like the old one. "Like it never happened." I am one happy camper!
