Bought this to use on my stairs to clean up after dog shedding and over 2 years, I’ve put it through the ringer. It’s been reliable and has excellent suction. Most big and small appliances we get stop working but this keeps going. I would definitely buy this again, and cannot recommend enough.

I ordered this to keep in my bedroom to clean up after my dog. I have a Pomeranian and she sheds a lot no matter how often I brush her. I like everything about this vacuum cleaner. It is light weight, has a long battery life, easy to empty and is quiet when being used. My only complaint is the placement of the on/off switch on the handle makes it easy to turn the machine off by accident when using it which is very irritating. One can be working along and suddenly the machine cuts off. That's my only minor complaint and certainly should not be a deal breaker if considering this vacuum.

Very well designed with strong suction power and a variety of attachments for various types of jobs. I most wanted it for my dog’s hair stuck in the car carpets — some of the toughest stuff for a vacuum to get. With the dog hair attachment, this vacuum works very well. Motor is not loud at all given the suction power and the battery more than lasts thru a single job.

We had bought on of these a couple years ago. Worked fine, but we lost a few of the attachments and wanted another one for upstairs usage. The new one stopped working the third time we turned it on.It was fully charged and ran fine the first couple times. The third attempt - the power light that circles the on /off button began operating strangely and then went black. Now it will not turn on at all. It’s dead. Tried charging again but it remains black, no response to plugging in. Don’t waste your money.

I use this hand-held vacuum nearly every day for quick cleanups. One of the nozzles is long enough that you don't have to lean over to use it, and you can reach the ceiling corners. I've had several different hand-held vacuums over the years and I believe this one is the most sturdy, well-made one with a "max" high suction setting. The battery is as advertised.

We needed a good quick way to vacuum cat litter, so we went in search of a vacuum.First off, whatever the special motor is has a more high-pitched sound, and on the normal setting it's actually quiet enough to talk over without much effort. On the high setting it gets a little loud, but that is expected.It has multiple attachments, and the rubber end attachment is surprisingly effective for ruffling cat litter and other particles out of rugs and carpet, though high suction is often needed for these surfaces. However, one major issue is that the plastic that the tubes and attachments are made of seems soft. On the first one I got, the male end of the tube broke with a slight impact, rendering the attachments worthless unless you use the hose, which is kinda awkward. Another weird quirk is that the holes in the plastic part of the filter are just the right size that cat litter can get stuck in them, so prepare to brush or poke out the holes if you're vacuuming cat litter.After some use, the red "filter clogged" indicator comes on, so you clean it. It's easy to take apart and clean. However, a major issue is that after fully cleaning/washing/drying the filters, the red light continues to come on most of the time. This has occurred on both the first unit I got and the replacement. This worries me because another reviewer mentioned that it just stopped working eventually.The USB charging is very convenient, but it's difficult to plug in if you have unsteady fingers because of the rubber seal that protects the charge port. I wish it had a dock.Overall, I love the vacuum and it sucks great, but the build quality leaves something to be desired and I'm very concerned about its longevity.I've since gotten a third one from the company via their support, and it seems to be working OK so far.

I have tried several vacumns. Returned a few. Back porch has a few to take to Salvation Army. Batteries just don't hold a charge.This vacumn has positives. You do not need to buy filters! You rinse it out in the sink! Great improvement! If only the turbo charge would run for half an hour!
