Writing review after 5day of use. Sound quality is balanced we can't say much good. But best according to this price range, low, mids, bass are really balanced and battery backup is at another level. Pairing is fast and also game mode is awesome with lower latency. But main problem is its application support. It is terrible and worst experience ever. If you close the app from background it never reconnect the buds and also consuming mobile data and transfeeing data but what data we don't know. And it consumes about 500mb a day but there is no use of data in app.this is worst Now after 1 week of use... I can say that this is best earphone in this prive range and application must be improved and app conectivity is not good at all and also when u connect the buds after disconncting all setting in app like equalizer resets. And thia is worst experience. But after mixing the sound from app equalizer the sound became more vibrant and best sound ever. I think go for it. It worth

I am utterly appalled by my experience with Truke earbuds. Within just TWO WEEKS of purchase, the left earbud stopped working completely. This is an unacceptable quality issue for any product, let alone something as fundamental as earbuds. To make matters worse, when I tried to seek a replacement under the warranty, I discovered that Truke's website is a complete nightmare. There is NO OPTION to find a nearby service center, which is a clear indicator of the company's dismal customer service. How can a company sell a product without providing accessible support for its inevitable defects? It's clear that Truke has no regard for quality control or customer satisfaction. Their products are unreliable, and their service is non-existent. The fact that the earbuds failed within two weeks is a testament to their shoddy manufacturing standards. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I strongly advise against purchasing Truke earbuds or any other product from this company. Save yourself the headache and choose a brand that values its customers and stands behind the quality of its products. Truke, you have lost a customer for life, and I will be sure to warn everyone I know about your appalling products and service. Rating: 1/5

It has a verygood sound Quality I was very happy with it ... Battery life is just amazing I got 4hrs in one full change ... Value for money .. yes absolutely yes no second thought about that .. got good sound quality... And battery.. light weight .. proper fit in ears ... Extra buds ... Charging cable .. decent look

I have been using the earbuds for 1 month. Battery backup is great. But the sound is not good. I like the bass a lot but not the bass I want. So I didn't like these earbuds. And the earbuds connectivity is a problem. Even if the earbuds are placed in the ear and the mobile phone is kept in the pocket, the sound breaks....

Sound quality is normal not so loud and bass also less but we can change the effect in there app Battery backup stands 12 hours + with the pod case Quality is ok nice company using this ear buds for 5 days it's good as of now Wearing on ear is also comfortable I tried to test call quality and its also good my friend heared clearly he tells Bluetooth Pairing works smoothly on my phone Sliding type of the pod was little difficult in night times as we don't know which side to slide As of 5 day of use it was good I will update my review after using for 3+ months

I ordered 2 pairs of Truke Buds S2 on 12-Mar-23 which I got it on 23-Mar-23. One pair of buds is perfectly fine but the second pair of buds had a battery backup issue. The buds gave me only a 30 min battery backup and the buds were not charged up more than 45%. I had used it for only 5 to 10 days so I decided to change it and go to the service center. They open a job card and ask me to come back in 10 to 15 days. Truke buds have a very bad warranty policy they did not replace my buds they send me refurbished products along with scratches and I also found stacked ear wax on the buds so I refused to accept. The service center provider sends it back to the buds and again asks me to come back in 10 to 15 days however buds never come back to the service center on time. The second time I got the buds today in the same condition as I got them the first time. Truke Buds have very pathetic after-sale service. So I personally recommending don’t buy truke products because the customer care executive is also not very supportive. Go for a reputed brand for a good experience.
