Its a beautiful watch, not to mention no battery change. In times of smart watches, this still looks very elegant. Adjusting the date, day and time was convenient and the mother of pearl dial is just beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

I love this watch, it's very delicate eventhough it's a large watch. The only issue I had was it wears loose for me, I'll get it adjusted. The settings are easy to manage and set.

Absolutely the prettiest watch I’ve ever owned, pictures don’t even do it justice! ✨ The setup was surprisingly easy. It didn’t come with instructions, but I quickly found everything on the Citizen website, so no issues there. For sizing, I called Citizen and they recommended going to any store that sells their watches, like Fred Meyer Jewelry. I went in and they adjusted it for free in just a few minutes, which was super convenient. Honestly, I’m obsessed with this watch. It looks so elegant and feels like such a good investment. Highly recommend!

I don't know why this has to be so difficult, maybe there is something wrong with mine?? I hope that's the case and I can just send for a new one, but I don't know. I am going to give it a couple more days to see if it stays on track, but the last two have been fails. I explain in more detail in the video, but basically, it is so finicky to set, doesn't come with proper instructions, doesn't stay set properly, and apparently you can ruin it permanently by trying to set it between 9pm and 4am. It doesn't matter how pretty this watch is if it doesn't function properly... so, we'll see what happens, and I will give an update. **Update #1: It's been 10 days. The time, month, day, date are all working together, BUT I have learned that I get to do it all again next month. It doesn't know how many days are in the months so it just goes up to 31 all the time, and you have to manually change it every time. I do like that I don't have to look at my phone all the time and get trapped in doomscrolling, but like I said, it's annoying to set. I am still not sure if this one works how it should, and I am considering returning it and reordering, because I don't think it should be so difficult.
