Love this!!!!I bought this because I needed help with writing out customer letter and parcel address' because my handwriting is shocking so wanted to type, print and stick.What is amazing is you can use the app to scan the text (so the customers address from the screen), then it writes it out in text you can customise the label and sizes and 2 click and you are done. Really easy to set up, really easy App for me this has helped improve the customer experience and first impressions.

After using the MO2 printer I was very curious about this label printer.Very handy that you don't need ink and can use different label formats with this printer.This is the updated version of this previously published model where you can use paper with a width of 8 cm. The design is ideal in size and fits well in the hand.Installing the app and connecting the device is very easy and also very easy to use with nice pre-made templates.All label formats are incorporated so that you can work quickly and switch between different paper rolls.The printer itself prints very quickly and makes less noise than the MO2 printer.I am very pleasantly surprised, and mainly use it myself to make labels for my Etsy shop.Both address stickers and other stickers.To be able to make even more things I immediately ordered other label formats!I honestly can't say anything negative about this product and after 2 devices I really became a fan of Phomemo.

App is really easy to use. Really useful as it is small and portable!The downside is that you don’t put ink in which has your labels come out half empty and there is nothing you can do about it.

The printer itself is compact and lightweight and portable as describedI have no Bluetooth so I'm unable to commentThe software keeps wanting to update, but then says "Unable to update"The preview of the designed label seems to differ from the actual printed labelBut this was only my second attept at tusing the sofware

The customer service can be as important as the device itself. When my 6 week old printer failed to charge, i contacted them with an air of trepidation but Tracy contacted me back within 48 hours, we triaged the device and once confirmed faulty, a brand new one was sent which arrived within 3 days.

I need labels for candle making and these are great
