I have a similar pillow that I liked, but it wasn't quite as high or firm as I needed. I decided to try a different style “cube” pillow recently and that was a huge fail. It was way too soft and not supportive. After some searching, I came across this one. I like the fact that it is firm and high, and it has supportive foam rods. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it’s every bit as great as I hoped it would be. It’s definitely firm and more dense than my other memory foam pillows. I like sleeping on the high side and feel it’s just right for neck support (I am mostly a side sleeper). Time will tell if it holds up, but so far I am super happy with this pillow, especially for the price.

I have gotten a lot of pillows since the memory foam fiasco. Best pillow before was real foam (2006) and I purchased a lot of pillows to replace it but all were too soft or sunk down more and more all night long.THIS PILLOW is fantastic. DREAMSIR SETORE Extra Firm is the best support I have had. Even better than the one I kept for so long.I'm male, five foot, ten inches. It might be too high for others. I usually use the small end for sleeping on my side and taller side for reading in bed. I usually don't need to adjust and get the best rest since . . . well, since EVER!The firmness means no neck pain in the morning, the soft layer of memory foam and special cover means no hot spots and the outter cover means I can wash any stains up (I use pillow cases too).This is a well designed pillow and it is a properly manufactured pillow too (no smell - even when new; expands from packaging to full size in about an hour; resilient foam holds my fat head) and, like I was saying - good for taller men.

It’s too high and firm for me, but I’m a short-necked flat-pillow lover.My teenage houseguest LOVED IT so to each his own.Good quality, firm, no complaints.My cat discovered it and has tried to claim it for her own, which confirms the firm-but-soft nature.

When I first got the pillow it was rolled up and it said to take it out of the plastic and let it sit for 24 hours. I was sad because I wanted to try it out right away lol. It started to fluff up right away but I was patient and waited. It was DEFINITELY worth the wait. So for me the size was perfect. I'm 5'4 and small to medium body type. I'd say more on the medium side but anyways, I didn't immediately put a pillow case on it. It comes in a really soft cover. I wanted nothing to get in the way of how I was going to judge this pillow. I laid down on it and it felt firm, but also so comfortable. I wanted a pillow that wouldn't just sink as soon as my head rested on it. This one did not sink but wasn't like laying on a rock or nothing crazy. I felt the plush/foam comfort me immediately. I slept in ALL the positions. Side sleeping is my least favorite but my head was perfect cradled in the pillow so that it was laying even on the bed with my shoulders. There was the perfect amount of support. On my back, I felt good, supported, not my preferred way of sleeping. I'm a total stomach sleeper and this just felt so good laying my head on and laying on my stomach. As I've gotten older, laying on my stomach would have me waking up with back pain because I think I was to sunken into the bed. This kept me nice and level. I really love the pillow. Tonight is day 2 and I've put a pillow case on it to see how it feels. I wish I could sleep just on the cover it comes with but I know that will get dirty too fast. I'll update my review tomorrow after I try it with the pillow case.Update: I still love the pillow so much and am so glad I bought it. I'm definitely sleeping better.

When I ordered this pillow I expected a firmer pillow than most memory foams I had found and the comfort of neck support (I sleep on my back). The pillow is exactly as firm as I hoped, however the contour is simply not right. Most of these pillows have a higher side for side sleepers and a lower side for back sleepers. This one both sides are almost exactly the same, the "lower side" being way too high forcing my neck too far off the bed. Just a very poor design, not comfortable at all.

I researched quite a bit before I bought this pillow. I made the right choice. This pillow has the most support for any pillow I looked at. The price is great and the quality is better. This is a great buy and a great company. The note inside the box had a number to call if I had any concerns or questions. They appear to be great at customer service (although I didn't need them as I am very happy with this product.)

I wanted this to work for me but it wasn't the right height and it was a bit too firm. When I just lay on it to stretch my neck, not to sleep it felt terrific, but when I tried to sleep on it the support wasn't right and made my neck hurt. I have narrow shoulders and an irregular posture so this was definitely an issue of it not working properly for me. However, if your shoulders are a bit wider and you like firm support with a little give this thing is terrific. EXCELLENT quality of build. It has double vents in each end which keep you cool while also releasing some of the resistance in the pillow. It comes with a nice cover to protect it (you want to put a pillowcase over that). I was sad to send it back. I highly recommend giving it a try. The contours are just the right shape.

Got it as I was having trouble sleeping because of my neck. I've had one of these before (different brand) and liked it. I've had this one for about a month and it doesn't seem to be breaking in. Still pretty firm.

V good. Use to have neck pain always. Now lesser.
