Doesn't work very well and poor customer support (UPDATE: They responded)
This is the second Noymi unit I'm ordering because the trimmer head on my first one stopped working after a few months. Well, on this second one, the trimmer head has problems right out of the box, with it catching on to my hair and pulling it for an extremely uncomfortable experience.I contacted customer care using the complaints form on their website and through a WhatsApp chat, but neither method got them to respond to me or even acknowledge the issue.The shaver unit works fine, so you can get this one if that's the only head you plan on using.UPDATE: After writing this review, Noymi contacted me through Amazon and then responded to my messages on Whatsapp. Not sure why they didn't initially, but hey, at least they eventually took some initiative to make things right. They asked for all the details again (I think I was asked for it twice), but then they sent me 2 timmer heads that work fine. Tbh this is the first time that a company has contacted me after I've written an Amazon review, so I appreciate them agreeing to send me a replacement for the faulty part, and I've changed the rating to reflect that.
