Made it through every test I've put it through, war zone, red dead, VR games, boneworks, blade and sorcery, all run like butter. This is your best bet if you like playing games on ultra/maximum settings. It's also extremely portable, at just five pounds.

Awesome laptop. 12900h with a rtx 3080 (8 gb). Hard to come by this combination, especially at this price point. 3080 is better than the 3070ti. Love it. One of the only laptops I've seen with a 12th gen Intel processor and 3080 combo.

After doing Driver updates. Lines appeared towards the bottom of the screen. I did a factory reset. I updated the bios to the latest and downgraded bios. Updated all video drivers. Used almost every ASUS display tool to fix the issue. 6 hours were invested to fix the problem. I ended up calling ASUS and they told me to return it because it would require an RMA and could be 2 months to repair. Maybe I got a bad apple, but this is not what quality I would expect for $2500. The lines also appear in BIOS. The laptop has not moved since the box has been opened. Buyer beware.

This computer has been wonderful. Watching movies and playing video games are all done seamlessly. My only complaint is that the charging cord will now only charge the computer if it’s in a very specific position. There are many times the cord slips into another position and I end up with a dead battery

I bought this laptop in 2022 brand new, immediately it had random audio screeching when using headphones or built in speakers, it was completely at random times. The system either doesnt start up or crashes when i attach an external drawing screen to the laptop, and often crashes mid use. It will randomly shut off or stop all active tabs though this is much less common, and i also have screen burn in when i only have the screen at half brightness. This is an extremely low quality "oh shiny it glows" item, and is definitely the reason I will never buy Asus again. I sent teh computer in for repairs only a few months after because of all the issues and they sent it back saying they couldnt find anything even though its a consistent thing even on a fresh windows install. Terrible customer service that do absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. Do Not buy unless you really dont care about quality and just want big rgb laptop.

This was an upgrade from a 2017 laptop. As expected it blew it out of the water while playing games, and working inside Unreal Engine 5. The fan noise was still loud with heavy loads, but at a different pitch that was more tolerable by bystanders.Unfortunately for me, like a few others the track pad would be temporarily unresponsive or laggy during heavy loads or even certain actions like opening a new window. I tried all of Asus suggestions with updating drivers. There was a slight improvement but not enough for me to keep the laptop.The number pad on the track pad is neat but if you use it often the one second to turn it on/off is annoying.

As a previous reviewer said. I also got a weird line across my screen after very light usage in two weeks. I didn't even bother trying to troubleshoot. Sent it immediately back to Amazon. Also keep in mind the listing is false and its only 8gb of VRAM.Buyer beware

In the product description it is clearly stating that this gaming laptop contains a RTX 3080 - 16GB upon receiving the laptop and checking the system information, the GPU is actually a RTX 3080 (8GB).
