I play with them as well. it's fun to hear their expressions as they pull out each item. Has been a great fun teaching tool for my sensory grandchildren. **Q: What is the difference between the multicolored and other version?** A: The older one, $70, is an original Ned’s Head. The items are a bit different. I also remember Ned’s Sticky Ear wax (large Q Tip with yellow on end). I don’t see it in this one. This head is larger than the new one for $16.99. **Q: Do any of the pieces contain Latex?** A: No..I don't think so.
