I wasn't sure whether to give this a 4 or 5 star review. If anything, a 4.5 might best fit, especially considering because anything that would bump it down to a 4 star rating I had already expected before buying the product, but the customer service won me over in the end.I originally ordered the lava stone bracelet and was very excited for my order. When I received it, however, I got a brown and black version of the leather double2 bracelet (which is nice, but not what I wanted). I contacted murtoo and right away they sent me the correct bracelet without having to send the other one back.Both fit like a charm. The 6.5 beads were much smaller than I anticipated, but look good and are very comfortable.There's a SMALL amount of wear on the word "MURTOO" on the metal part of the lava stone bracelet, but that doesn't matter to me at all.It's important to note that the adjustable system is not incredibly easy to work with. When I first took it out of the package I couldn't get it to open up at all. It took some finagling but I eventually got it. It's easier to adjust now after I've already moved it a little bit, but still hard enough that I'm not at all worried about the bracelet getting loose during the day. The downside to this is that the bracelet was difficult to get off with one hand, but ultimately not a huge deal.The essential oil aspect is nice. I primarily bought this bracelet because I thought it'd be nice to smell like grapefruits throughout the day, and a bracelet is a fun way to diffuse.My biggest complaint lies in, once again, the adjustable portion of the bracelet. Once tightened up on your wrist, you still have those two strings hanging down and bumping your hand throughout the day. It's something that would be easy to get used to, but a minor annoyance when doing some tasks.I have less to say about the double2. I vaguely worry about the magnetic clasping system coming undone, but it hasn't been a problem as of yet. Otherwise it's just a nice looking bracelet, but I much prefer my adjustable stone one.All in all, I'd definitely recommend buying from murtoo. I think I might get a second one with some colorful beads, as well. Even with my few complaints, I still love the product, and after my initial disappointment about getting the wrong one, I was impressed with what the seller did for me to resolve my issue.

I love these bracelets and wear them daily. The problem being is the string binding them together rarely lasts normal use for more than a few months. I've bought and worn 6 of these in a year. All with the same string breakage problem. They're cool, stylish, and comfortable. Unfortunately, they don't last long.REVISED: Shortly after my review I was contacted by Murtoo who sent me a brand new bracelet with new improved threading. I've been using it now for months and it seems to have addressed the thread breakage issue. Good work Murtoo and GREAT customer service!! A+

I did an overall rating of four stars because the clasp type on the item says magnetic, but it is not. That would make taking it on and off way easier. It is not too difficult if you have worn the same type of bracelet before.It is a very nice looking bracelet. I just got it so I cannot comment on the durability. There were complaints in the comments about the length of the tails when the bracelet is tightened up being too long. I fixed this by loosening the bracelet to the point needed to slip it on and off. I then slid the beads to meet the bracelet, tied a new knot, clipped the excess string, and melted the ends to keep it from fraying and coming untied.Overall, I am satisfied at this point.

The media could not be loaded.  This is my new favorite accessory! I was very pleased that it arrived faster than expected. I like how it tightens, i was able to do this by myself which comes in handy during quarantine! The lava rock is genuine and the tigers eye is soooo beautiful, i am so happy! It seems very well constructed. I have worn it every day for 3 weeks, to bed and in the shower. It dries fast and holds its shape well. Customer service is excellent. They were quick to respond to my question! I will definitely be buying more product from this seller!

Love this men's bracelet. I have a few other nice looking bracelets made by another manufacturer, but they are difficult to adjust and that extra cord (adjustment) material has no where to be tucked away and therefore looks quite amateurish. This bracelet has durable draw strings/cords and it also has decorative beads on the ends. I also like the fact that you can use essential oils on the beads to carry a nice scent of your choice. I prefer to put my pheromone oils on the beads. Nice touch, attractive look.

When I first received this bracelet, it was very stiff and the slide to adjust the size of the bracelet was very tight. It is constructed with normal gauge thread where other bracelets use a thicker gauge, but it appeared to be very tightly constructed so I didn't find this to be too concerning. After wearing it for over a week the bracelet "softened" a bit, but the slide never did, requiring more work than necessary to remove or adjust it. Unfortunately, it lasted less than two months before the braided thread on one end of the slide unraveled and the bracelet is now unwearable as it can no longer be adjusted. I attempted to rebraid the thread without success. Whether this is a flaw with only this bracelet I received, or the design overall, I cannot say. However, in comparison to the construction of other cheaper leather/bead bracelets I own, I cannot recommend this.

This is a very stylish bracelet and I like the size of the beads and colors (can wear with almost any outfit). However, the slide mechanism to loosen and tighten is problematic -- and mine actually broke and I sent it back. Another issue is when the bracelet is 'on' and tightened there are two strings that hang down off my wrist and they get caught on things, like my steering wheel in my car. Maybe a re-design of this bracelet is needed....at least a better fastening or tightening mechanism.

I love these bracelets. I bought 2 one for me and one for my son. The one with the onyx beads is perfect, but the one with the lava rocks the thread is coming out of the silver thing that keeps the bracelet together.
