Great story-Book in bad condition
The story is great! Just what I was looking for. The used book was in terrible condition. The cover and several pages were bent, two pages were ripped/taped, and several pages had water damage. If I hadn’t needed it for a lesson this week, I would’ve returned it. Very disappointing!

A smart 3 pigs book where no one gets eaten
This is the story I wanted to tell my son. A story where the first 2 pigs don't get eaten, but rather find refuge in their smart and healthy 3rd sibling. You come to understand that the wold tried looking for food the normal way and no one wanted to serve him (because he's a wolf), and his hunger gets the best of him when he smells the pigs in their respective homes. The ending is a little cheesy for me, but it's just right for a child. My 4 year old son loves this book and I love reading it to him. The illustrations are also very good and I love the other animals that are included in the pig family.

Cute twist on classic story
This book is so fun to read out loud. My daycare class will request it over and over! The illustrations are wonderful, the modern additions are giggle-worthy and, in the end, the wolf and pigs are good friends!

fun version
Always enjoy introducing my preschoolers to different versions of the same story. The children like comparing the stories and for my kids who need repetition, they get it with a twist. The ending, for me, is the best part. Much prefer the pigs and wolf learning to get along rather than the wolf eating them. Nice segue to a social skills lesson.

Love this book
Had the paperback version of this book when my son was younger and being a toddler he broke it so I decided to get it for him now hardcover and that he's older and he likes when I read it to him.

Our son is 3 and obsessed with the Big Bad Wolf. We have dozens of renditions
Our son is 3 and obsessed with the Big Bad Wolf. We have dozens of renditions. This is by far his favorite. The details of "sody pop" and a hangry wolf being turned away at restaurants sends our little guy into fits of giggles. Highly recommend. Well written and enjoyable.
