Wonderful product highly recommended.Solid structure and high tensile strength help to train both in arm wrestling and freestyle wrestling as it strengthens your grip specially for pronation and rising related exercise after buying it I gained a lot of strength when it comes to my grips,wrist control, collar tie and let me dominate the computation.I suggest everyone to have atleast one in your arsanal, really great product

Don't dream that you will get the one in the pic
The media could not be loaded. Well to begin with it's not worth 800 bucks.... Think before u buy cos they will not take it back... The image shown in the pic is not even close to what I received... So technically I would suggest you can go to any engineering workshop and get it all done the cost should come to around 300 to 400 max not more than That...its not even complete rod.. Its hollow.. All they did was cut off a piece of pipe bottom weld it with a flat ring type piece and on top weld it with a nut and paint it black walla....now why did I buy it... I bought it thinking it would be same as the pic... I like the finishing in the pic... The stuff that you will get is a local stuff sub standard definitely not worth 800 not even worth 400...if u have money and don't care go ffor it... I have 2 stars because it gets the job done... I think it can handle weight... Well I feel only time will tell how good it is... Good luck

It is very small in length. Better get made by local fabricator..
It is not for more than 10 kg. Even for beginners it is not useful. Product is not defective. But very small.
