Tea, Soothing Caramel Bedtime, 16 Count

I was never a fan of drinking plain chamomile tea before bed. I stumbled across this tea and decided to give it a shot.TASTE: This has a really good taste. You can taste caramel but it doesn't taste sickly sweet like caramel candies. It has the perfect amount of spice and makes an amazing fall/winter drink. I mix a pinch of stevia in along with a dash of cream.EFFECTIVENESS: This tea has been extremely beneficial for my sleep. I occasionally have trouble getting to sleep but my main issue is staying asleep. When I drink this before I bed I've noticed that I get a much more restful nights sleep. I wake up alert without the typical morning grogginess.TO USE: I drink at least 30 minutes before bed to give myself time to go to the bathroom before bed. Otherwise I will get up in the night to relieve my poor bladder. I typically use one tea bag in a cup of hot water and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. If I feel like I really need an extra boost then I will use two tea bags.Overall I think this is an amazing tea. Yogi teas have become an essential part of my daily routine. This is my absolute favorite tea to wind down with in the evening. I recommend it everyone.

I thought this tea had great taste and was very soothing. I drink a cup in the evening before bed. I sweeten with some stevia and some honey and it's delicious. My husband likes it too. When I drink it, I seem to sleep well. The caramel isn't strong or overpowering but you can taste that flavor. Very happy with it and it's healthy too. Amazon did pack it in an envelope so mine arrived kinda smooshed but the bags are individually wrapped so no worry about that.

I love the taste of the regular 'Bedtime' tea and so I thought I'd try this after getting a few recommendations for it. I like the taste a lot, it's a bit sweet but still very nice. As with the original bedtime tea though you are supposed to steep it for 7 minutes, so you might have to choose a bit between flavor and temperature, as for many people the tea will be too cold if you wait the full 7 minutes. As for the 'soothing' properties I would say I do feel a bit more relaxed, but this could also just be the nature of sitting down and sipping a cup of tea. I definitely don't feel overly tired or such after drinking this as I was hoping (same for the regular bedtime tea) but I really like the flavor so I can't complain.

I love this tea. It smells wonderful, it tastes great, especially, good with a touch of vanilla sugar or coffee creamer, and, it makes me sleepy right off the bat. It is truly excellent stuff. Buy this stuff if you want to be warm and cozy and snooze really well.

It doesn't taste bad, but the caramel flavor is very weak. With a bit of honey it is more palatable but definitely not my favorite.

I decided to try this Yogi Caramel Tea as an alternative to chamomile. This tea is very flavorful, tasty, and relaxing, and perfect for winding down at night. Highly recommend!
