vela.yue brand offers hands down some of the best makeup brushes anywhere, regardless of price. Folks, this is the unicorn of makeup brushes -super-high quality even for professional level use, yet offered at drugstore prices. I've washed these brushes and used them for several months, they've proven to pick up and apply product absolutely beautifully. Build quality is very solid, no loose hairs even while washing. Measurements given are accurate, so pay attention to those if It matters to you. After I bought one brush, I went and bought almost all of their other synthetic hair brushes, and multiples of many of them - even if I didn't have an immediate use for some, they are THAT good. This is from someone who LOVES and appreciates high quality tools. FYI, often 3-5 vela.yue brushes would = the cost of ONE of my (crappy) MAC brushes. I was NOT compensated in any way for these reviews, I used my own hard-earned $ to buy these brushes. The rest of this review will be about the individual brush(es) I purchased so you have an idea of individual brush performance. FYI, I now only use mineral powder makeup products (and fairly lightly on most days - but professional level application), and only use synthetic hair makeup brushes so my reviews will be pertinent to these details. The Foundation Brush Large Press Full Brush applies my Alima Pure mineral powder makeup extremely smoothly, and indeed it's full coverage - very very soft brush hairs, very very dense. Highly recommended for FULL COVERAGE. I use the Bronzer brush to apply blush - has the perfect soft give to the hairs to LIGHTLY apply blush, but I use a smaller duo-bristle brush to be more accurate for bronzer application. I found the Powder Super Large Brush to indeed be very large - actually quite dense also. Too large and dense for my personal face makeup application, but would be amazing for any body applications. I use a different vela.yue brush to apply my finishing powders (see my other reviews for details). Again, cannot stress how much I LOVE these brushes!! Wish everything was made at this high level of quality and pricepoint!! * tip: some brush prices are better on eBay.

I'm shocked at what a great Lil brush this is. My experience in the past w/ amazon brush purchases has been hit or miss w/ names I don't know. I haven't used this for powder foundation yet, but for liquid or cream it works amazingly for full coverage. I usually use a tapping motion as opposed 2 buffing, which gives me the fullest coverage. I do buff edges & make sure there are no streaks & this brush does both method well. I have only washed it once but there was no shedding while washing or on my face & for how dense the brush is, it dried quite quickly. The ferrul & handle both seem sturdy & have a good weight 2 them. I'm a licensed esthetician in FL & occasionally do makeup as well; I would, def add this brush to my kit to use w/ clients. It's extremely soft, prob 1 of the softest brushes I own, & I own hundreds. I'm interested in looking at other brushes made by the same brand. I only saw 1 other on this listing but perhaps there are more to 2 the line. If they perform as well I'd buy all of them. I think $10 in today's market is completely reasonable for a good foundation kabuki brush. Even drugstore lines like real techniques & eco tools have single brushes creeping into that range, & if you're looking 2 invest in good brushes by sigma, it cosmetics, mufe, etc., you are absolutely going 2 be paying $15-25+ a brush. If u wear liquid foundation often & like the beauty blender or another sponge but don't like that it's hard 2 get full coverage w/ a sponge, try this. It's soft enough & dense enough to apply like a sponge but won't absorb your product.

Oh my goodness, wow wow wow. I ordered four brushes of this brand and I am so delighted and happy. I have collection of brushes from the most exclusive brand, both European and American, and this line beats them all. They are of the highest quality and superiority in terms of softness, density, and handles are of great material. I give them five (5) stars x 10 or more. I have told all my friends if they are looking for brushes to order this line. The packaging of these brushes also done exquisitely and attention to detail. Also, I am so pleased and delighted with their customer service response and want to thank them for going out of their way to make sure I have received my order (International Mailing). When I first placed my order and received it, two out of four brushes were missing and it looked like the package was opened. I emailed them which they responded almost immediately, and stated they are going to mail me the two missing one plus a extra free (second package). I did not receive it and tried to track it down without success, I emailed them again and they kindly mailed the missing brushes again (keep in mind there is now three packages, one I received incomplete) In the meantime, I received one of the packages. To make the story short, the third one arrived soon after. Therefore, I emailed my contact person, Sean, saying I have the packages and would like to return them. He told me I can keep them because of the cost of mailing it back, and I intend to give it to my sister as a gift. I want to thank Sean for his excellent customer service, immediate response, and going out of his way to make sure I am satisfied with the brushes and to top it off let me keep the extra ones. Thanks again Sean and I will definitely order more and pass on the words to my friends.

It blends really well and makes my foundation look flawless! My only issue is that the bristles could be a bit longer - right now, I have to be careful with my heavy hand while buffing or it will remove the makeup I just applied. Great brush though, doesn't soak up a lot of product, and cleans easily.

Estaba indecisa si pedirla porque me había comprado otro set. Sin embargo no me arrepiento. Que brocha tan buena. Súper suave y con bastante pelo que hace que recoja la cantidad de base perfecta. Además a buen precio y llego un día antes de lo esperado.

そこまで期待してなかったけど、毛先が柔らかく、肌を刺激しない、フラットな毛先の歯ブラシみたいなファンデーションブラシを使っていたが、下地まで削っているような、やや刺激があって、気になっていた。 これは柔らかいので、肌の刺激はほとんど気にならないし、仕上がりも均一に粉がのるし、密着してツヤが出た この価格でこのクオリティなら友達にオススメできるレベル

Really good! No brush lines and a seamless finish when using it to buff. Excellent quality. I’ve washed it several times since purchasing a few months ago, and it still works perfectly. I own several high-end brushes, but this affordable one is my favorite and my new go-to!
