Nice cctv working good.

Poor quality Harddisk gave out after warranty period
Harddisk just after 1 year. Hikvision never replies to any customer care warranty requests. Seller responded but said he couldn't do anything since warranty for harddisk is only for 1 year. It took me 6 months of back and forth (I had to involve Amazon customer care, only then they responded) just to get this answer. I definitely regret buying this.

poor quality, 2TB harddisk bad, Camera kit and DVR is good.
The media could not be loaded. 2TB HDD, picture uploaded not working on first nstallation Connectors not working and troubled a lot on checks, had to be replaced from market, Cable poor quality aliminium core, not used and got only one bundle against 1+3 indicated in the kit,Liked Hic vision DVR and camera.To conclude accessories given are not up to any standard, except for main item hikvision product. Needs immediate resolution

Defective hard disk received
Received defective component. And worst part is the vendor not even responding to the warranty request. Beware of this item and vendor.. don’t loose your money..More over the resolution for this issue even from amazone was pathetic. I bought this product on Sep 2024, the HDD stopped working from November , called amazon, and contacted the vendor as suggested by amazon - no reply. again contacted amazone, then send mail to vendor, vendor denyed warrenty, and the issue still not resolved event in Jan 2025. everytime i call amazon they will tell 8 working days, 3 working days. when that period comes, they will the ticket is closed automatically, we will create new ticket, and wait 8 working days again. worst experience i ever faced from an online store platform!

Good product
In night vision is far vision looks black. SMPS is not good quality, for 3 cameras background it was buffering. installed other SMPS working fine.Apart from night vision and SMPS everything is good.
