SHEFITFlex Sports Bra for Women, Medium Impact Sports Bra

Sizing is a little off. I went by bust size of 44 in. and ordered a XXL in black and it is super tight fighting but holds up. I decided to order another pair in orange but went for 3XL instead and there is def more breathable movment. I will say though that the black def has more padding then the orange one but both has done it's job with keeping the girlies up. Currently waiting for my purple one to arrive 🙂

I have had she fit bras for over 7 years and just recently got a breast reduction, I can safely say that these are perfect for larger chested people and for post op recovery for any upper body surgery due to how customized they are. I was previously a 38I and am now a C and my old and now new bras still fit perfect because of the adjustable straps. I can not reccomend them enough, they last incredibly well as long as you was them in the garment bag they come in!!!

This sports bra fits super well, and has great coverage and support. I’m 5’1”, about 130lbs and usually wear a 34DD. I got a large and it’s a perfect fit.There is ZERO padding though, in case you’re hoping for that.

I have issues with this bra. I'm a normal 38H. 191 pounds. There are a few perks to this bra. The eye hooks keeping the zipper from popping open, the ability to change with ease the straps. It's pretty. But that where it ends. You can tell this was designed with a smaller body in mind. I was sized a 3xl. And it felt too small While being to big. The band itself was hard to adjust, it kept sliding and bunching and not moving a single bit. I had to constantly take it off to adjust it. The tighter the band the harder to put on due to the compression. The straps stopped before I could get a full compression on my chest causeing bounce. When compressed the fatty tissue that is my chest tried to go the path of least resistance which is underthe arm Causing tubboob. Since there is NO supporting stiching on the side. Also while crisscrossed it actually caused pain in my back. I am highly disappointed in the bra for the price. This bra is over priced for what it is. For the smaller girls and chests this may be heaven sent for you. But for me I shouldn't have to make changes to a bra this expensive. Extremely disappointed.

I really should know better by now than to think I can trust anything that says AA-H. I'm working on being more active, and thought that having an adjustable sports bra would be awesome. I currently wear a UK size 36H, 5'1", 195#. SUPPORT IS NOT THE SAME AS SQUISH. The squish factor is high, which is great. If you're mostly upright, with not a ton of arm movement, this bra is ok (thinking about like jogging, jump rope, Irish dance where your fists are pinned to your sides) except for the part where I can't BREATHE. The band is hard to adjust unless I reach back and hold the slidey-through thing. The straps are hard like stiff, due to the velcro. There is no attemp at boob separation, so I have one massive uniboob with a heinous buttcrack that others might refer to as cleavage, but cleavage is attractive, this situation is not. On the bright side, you could probably use this for training in low-oxygen environments instead of heading to the mountains like Olympians do because you will not be able to take a full breath with this thing on and cinched.

To be clear as someone who lives in sports bras this is not one of those that can be lived in it is for the gym and gym only, unless you run outside where I am that is not an option, but you get the point. I was skeptical, ok extremely skeptical as this was actually my second she-fit purchase after the first one arrived and didn't match true to size, but that was my fault I guessed wrong.For finding the right fit: luckily their bras arrive with a measuring tape, I am not sure what use this is after buying other than if it doesn't fit being certain when you reorder but it's a nice touch. I also have a larger cup size especially for my band size so I actually ended up needing to size down.As far as comfort: when doing my usual workouts at home I find it to be a little too supportive for yoga, this might be a preference thing. But it is perfect for literally everything else from lifting weights to traditional cardio to HIIT and even MMA which is where I actually was told these were the bras to get.On the down side I would say given my gym's lack of locker room space and that I usually go with enough room to go back to my house and shower (gym is 30minutes from my house don't ask) I do find that I let out the adjustments a little on the drive home as it starts to be noticeably squished if I wait, but I am also too lazy to change bras just to go home and shower.Also the SHEfit website's customer support is the absolute best I have encountered in a long time I talked to two different associates after my first order ended up being the wrong size one to make sure I was putting it on and adjusting it correctly and another to help with sizing. Both were understanding and patient as even though I have been doing my own bra measurements for years their sizing is slightly different in that it's a much more adjustable product.They also make it very clear this is for high impact work outs and not lounging in. I cannot review their lounge bras but I will be ordering some soon because I love this brand.

On prend nos mesures et on essaie tant bien que mal de choisir la bonne tranche. La poitrine donne une mesure, mais celle ci est trop petite. J’adore le concept et je voulais en acheter d’autres après l’essai. Malheureusement, je vais laisser tomber et ne pas en commander d’autres.
