This is not super heavy-duty construction, but for the price it has such lovely details. It doesn’t take up too much room in their small yard, but is just right for 2 grandkids and a friend or 2.Because the wood is soft, my husband and I preferred not to use a power screwdriver, to be sure the screws would go in straight. Definitely needs two people just to hold the pieces together, but this is not complicated to assemble, and at a leisurely pace, took us about 2 hours. (All done during the birthday boy’s nap.) Instructions are clear, parts well labeled, and holes are pre-drilled and accurate.I made simple upgrades by installing a magnetic door latch, so the door won’t bang in the wind, and I put silicone caulk in the roof peak to prevent leaks, then painted the roof with deck sealer. I screwed 2” sealing plates over a couple of small cracks. I thought of adding corner braces if the structure seems to weaken in time, but for now it is quite stable and sturdy.Our job is done: the other grandparents can install drapes, an attached garage, plumbing, wifi, etc…😆

Easy to put together!! Pretty good quality!! We sealed it inside and out with Thompson Water seal for added protection. My 8 year old girl and 5 year old boy fit perfectly!!!

This is attractive and lightweight enough to move if needed. Easy to assemble and fairly sturdy. It’s rather short though: tall enough for toddlers and maybe pre-schoolers, if you have older kids you may want to measure them against the height of the playhouse.

Best purchase of the year. It took about a month from purchasing to actually get here but once it came it was easy to assemble. Only took about an hour. If you use an electric drill it'll be faster but I just used a screw driver and still had no issue assembling. Its the perfect height and I know it'll be used a ton this summer.

Perfect gift for a 6 year old. Easy to put together and seems durable. We added flowers and curtains.

We have bought a similar style from a different brand previously, and after ordering this one, wow what a difference! It took about 30 minutes to put it together with two people. In comparison, a similar style took us about 3-4 hours.Highly recommend and sturdy!

Bought this to use as chicken coop, added a shelf so it is "2 story" mounted a cabinet to the back. It's perfect and super cute
