Do these speakes have an on/off control???

The volume knob has a switch feature, that allows for the disconnect of service to these speakers. Generally speaking, they still draw some current, 1w-3w on average, for most devices.

On a scale 1-10, 10 being best, how would you rate these speakers for listening to music in office? ( music minister's office)

Depends on the size of the office. Mine is 15 x 15' and the sound is reasonably good. I would rate them as an 8.

Does this come with all the (working) cables and power supply included
