KRUNCHY AND DELISH
I'm in love!!! they are SOO crunchy!!!!! I have tried many MANY "healthy" snacks and the majority make me want to puke and if I can't swallow it, I will throw away and lament at how I wasted my hard earned money...THESE HOWEVER...wow! I'm a fan!!! I am not on any restrictions whatsoever, I am just a person that tries to make healthier choices when possible without sacrificing too much on taste and also not kill my wallet at the same time! these totally fit the bill....6 bags for $6.09? YES, thank you! Lay's baked chips I like a lot too, over regular potato chips, and cost about 1/3 of these, but this is a nice snack to mix to my selection for when I get the munchies~ I get bored easily and need an arsenal of snacks to occupy me and keep hunger pangs at bay between meals... I also tried this same brand for their Cinnamon toast pretzel sticks and I also give it a 5/5! they don't taste exactly like regular pretzels (duh) but are tasty and crunchy and really, quite good!

Cravable cheese flavor!
For a high protein, low glycemic food, I really love these. I eat a pack at least once a day and make sure to never run out. They are really cheesy and crunchy. The texture is a bit like a pork rind (from what I remember, only tried them once then found out what they were!)- it's really crunchy with little bubbles. Also a bit like a thick funion I guess. But it's not the texture but the nice salty, but not too salty cheese covering the chip that keep me craving these and away from doritos or cheetos! Seriously, I often spend a month or 2 on a Medifast type diet to keep my weight in check and I use this Kay's Naturals along with Medifast and Diet Direct foods and I lose at least 10 lbs a month when I do this. these and the Chili Nacho chips are my two favorites from Kay's, and for the sweet tooth, I recommend the Honey Almond Puffs or the Honey Almond cereal.

Flavor is okay
The flavor was okay, but the texture was good. Still loves these products. They are way better tasting than the protein snacks I have tasted that taste like cardboard. Definitely worth a shot.

Surprisingly tasty for the nutritional value and price.
Surprisingly tasty for the nutritional value and price. I don't know why there aren't more cheese flavored protein-based snacks. These are sort of puffy crunchy foods, like a cross between a cheeto and a cracker. They do certainly taste cheesy but not as strongly as say cheezeits. They aren't super cheap but this is probably the best value I've found for a healthy junk-food-clone snack.

Meets my needs.
Would I reach for these if I could have anything I wanted? No, but I did that for too many years and am now paying the price, so I am looking for better choices. Sometimes I really want something with a crunch, but I also want low calorie, low fat, low sugar, and it would be nice to have some protein. This is 130 calories per bag/serving, 4g fat, 1g sugar, 12g protein, so it meets the requirements I have. There is a nice crunch. If you are looking for the flavor of cheetos, you will be disappointed. The flavor isn't bad, but it isn't that great, either. I don't know that I would recognize that it is white cheddar if it didn't say so on the package. The package does say it is made with all-natural ingredients and is gluten free. ETA: I just saw a show about the importance of avoiding soy protein isolate because of the impact it has on your hormones. Unfortunately, soy protein isolate is the first ingredient in all of the Kay's Naturals I have. Be sure you limit your consumption of them.

Yum! Healthy, protein-packed carbs!
I liked these so much I scheduled them to auto ship each month. The chili nacho flavor are good too. The cinnamon “cookie bites” do not taste like cookies at all. They taste more like cinnamon Quaker oat square cereal...not bad, but the cookie title leaves you expecting a hint of sweetness and it tastes more like cereal. Love these snacks. Haven’t tried them all, but at present the kruncheese white cheddar are my favs.

Hard Pass - Flavor and Texture Both Off
I was so disappointed in these. I fully expected to love them, but as soon as I opened the bag and smelled them, I knew it wasn't going to be good. Not to be too rude, but they taste like vomit. And they're SO dry, even one will have you chugging a glass of water. It's unfortunate, because I was really excited about having these for when my anxiety is too intense to eat a real meal. The search continues!

Filling Snack
I love the Kay's brand snacks. They have great flavor and the protein snacks keep you feeling full longer. Wish they had not discontinued or gone out of business.
