Lakai Men's Owen VLK Slip-on Skate Shoes

I work in maintenance and I wear these shoes for ease of slipping them on and off to go in peoples houses and they are extremely comfortable and durable

This shoe is difficult to skate if like my pair yours fit loosely above your foot...I have to wear two pairs of socks when i skate with these but then they become a fantastic skate shoe- there is an inner lining within the shoe that protects it from ripping. I've never seen anything like it, once the suede outer layer rips you begin to see this soft rubbery mesh material and it holds up even better than suede- I've only just broken past it in the past two months of skatingIf you're just looking for a slip on that looks good and are not interested in skating I would disregard the point about them fitting loosely, you need to be nitpicky in skating shoes and I wanted something more tight-fitting for board feel.Cool shoe, wouldn't purchase without trying on prior though.

I’d recommend getting these a half size smaller if you plan to skate in them. They look great and fit well.

My son ordered these, and they are too small. Unfortunately, he wore them outside asumming they’d “stretch out” a bit. No luck. Nice shoe but runs small.

I am dealing with recurring ankle injuries so I started wearing ankle braces while skating and wanted a shoe that would be easier to get on and off over the bulky braces but also one that wouldn't fall apart in two weeks. Super impressed with these so far. The only wear that is visible is the rubber outsole in the kickflip area, the suede is holding together nicely and the light colour means you don't see the abrasion that you would with dark shoes, but they do show dirt more prominently. I will say that I find the fit a bit loose without my braces on so it might be worth ordering half a size smaller given that you can't just tie the laces tighter.

I've been wanting to get this for a while.It was a bit tight initially but It stretched out a bit and fits perfectly now.Would love to get one with a black sole on the side instead of white.
