Product different to what is advertised

Very different to the picture, very poor quality which makes me question the product as its very different to the sanrio products i have received in the past and to what is pictured on the site. No labels on it to prove its authentic. Little details like the packaging naming being different to whats advertised. The product is very cheap looking normally the sanrio products you can feel the quality and include safety labels. This does not.
