Q: Is the hole shown on the top or bottom?, need to hold ball

I use this product with the hole at the bottom. It came with a cover for the hole. However, it’s so symmetrical I think you could use it either way. So it might work for holding the ball.

Q: I purchased the bronze Greek column and it just doesn’t fit my need. How can I return for a full refund?
