I got the purple bag and it looks just like the picture, maybe a slightly dustier tone, I adore the glossy strap and details - the girl in the photos must be tiny though, it's not as big as she makes it look lol It's still perfect for what I want to use it for.The fabrics are nice, the zipper/fixtures are pretty standard for this price point... I'll be careful not to overfill it. It has a good inner lining, the pockets are smaller than I'd like.Overall I do love it, if I could go back in time I would still buy it :)

The smaller pockets on the inside are very convenient. Overall, I thought it would be a little bigger, but it's still perfect for what I needed. The material seems nicely water resistant and I love that there are both handles and an over-the-shoulder strap options. Makes it very comfortable to carry even when it's really full.

I cannot speak to durability as I recently bought this and only used it on one trip. It is a duffle bag and not suitable for air travel if you need it to hook/latch on a carry on. Otherwise it does the job. My daughter loves it

Bad bag. First off, no padding on shoulder strap so it left huge marks and bruises on my shoulders. The slide portion that fits on your luggage handle could’ve been amazing if only they made it a little wider so it didn’t get stuck in the worst of timing, like trying to go through tsa. You can’t carry more than 5 lbs or zipper breaks open. Very thin fabric and practically no lining. Zipper pulls are very cheap and lasted only one day with gentle use. I truly wish I had listened to other reviews.

I loved this bag for my quick weekend trips, but as I was walking up the stairs the strap broke and my bag went flying.Super disappointed that it didn’t last long.
