After I unpacked it I tried to use a 15 inch tv I had. When the NVR was turned on the splash screen showed then nothing. I thought another dud. But I then connected it the TV in the office and it came up. I turned on all 4 cameras and they registered with in seconds then showed the camera video. I installed one camera on each side of the house and had no problem with them connecting. Every so often I get a blue NVR screen on one of the camera videos. Usually one that is furthest from the unit. A few minutes later the picture will return. May need to purchase the high gain antennas for these 2 cameras. The tech manually is still a poorly translated from Chinese. Seems they tried to Google translate to do this. Hard to follow. The other con is that the power cords for the cameras are too short.12/11/18 Update. I have had this system Since March. A couple of weeks ago I tried to access the system and no camera pictures showing. I powered down the unit and then turned it back on. That worked but it stops every few days so what good is it?
