I started taking these because I’m on a GLP-1 and I don’t eat enough vegetables. After a week I have noticed a definite increase in energy and far less gut grievance. They taste like starburst fruit chews so they are pleasant to eat. Definitely recommend them.

Yummy way to get veggies into our diet. My husband has 2 of these Smart Greens every morning with breakfast. We eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables but it's nice to have these gummy treats as well. We've bought several packages so far; sometimes we can find them at the grocery store but mostly we buy them from Amazon.

The chews taste good but they stick to my denture, making them difficult to chew. I will be getting the capsules from now on. I haven't been using them long enough to notice any changes in my physical status.

I bought this to help with digestive issues since I am also taking a GLP-1 drug. Adding this has helped a lot and I feel I have decreased bloating and more regular bowel movements. They taste great and I like that they are individually wrapped, so I can throw them in my pocket and bring them with me easily.

I love these. The first thing I noticed was my nails growing out. I have switched over to the tablets because I'm diabetic, even if these didn't come in a tablet, I would and will continue to use this product. It's amazing!

Easy to chew.

They are OK ... and taste OK... Not sure I notice anything. The one real bugger outside of all that is, many are stuck together. I end up throwing away MANY b/c the chew is busting out of wrapper. They stick together for one, & 2 i am not eating something exposed outside of the wrapper
