It’s absolutely beautiful, but didn’t suit my needs. But, Rikta CEO was absolutely amazing in communicating with me to make sure I was happy! She offered me another item that better suited me and refunded my $$ because she cares about the customer 100%! She is totally Amazing., I wish all sellers were as customer oriented and friendly as she is! I have spent a ton of money on copper items, which were unsatisfactory! I have been looking for this very object all my life! I love copper, its warm glow and malleability are so attractive. People gift me various copper items because they know how much I love this metal- but I prefer smooth copper, not the dinged up 'hammered' stuff. I have to say, my dearest longing is that I've always wanted a vessel that allows for just water sitting in it for several hours. And I have finally gifted myself the thing I always wanted. It's beautiful, and I will treasure it until the day I die. It is so gorgeous, and holds enough water for your next day. I am looking forward to reaping the health benefits.

Gorgeous container, love the honeycomb pattern, TOO BAD IT SMELLS LIKE THEY STORED GASOLINE IN IT BEFORE SHIPPING IT TO A CUSTOMER. I've tried washing it with the lemon and salt, as the instructions suggest. I've tried washing it with warm water and mild soap. I've tried everything I can think of but I can't get rid of that smell...

I need help. So I bought it and followed instructions and now the inside bottom of the bottle and the sides look rusted. Dark. Is it normal ?
