whats the difference with the RP2040-Zero-M?

The RP2040-Zero does not come with the Pre-Soldered Header, the RP2040-Zero-M comes with the Pre-Soldered Header.

I wat to use it as embedded, but how to power this thing other then 5v usb. my guess 3.3v or 5v pin, but what is the voltage range, is it like pico?

The Data Sheet Says 1.8v - 5.5v is the Range for the Pico Line or Products...
