Someone told me about these and I tried them on that recommendation

I bought these to help my anxiety due to heightened stress after kidney donation. I wanted a natural way to help stop my panic attacks without taking medication and these have worked for me. When I feel I can’t sleep due to feeling anxious, I test one chew and this gives me comfort I need to fall asleep. Been taking them now for 5 months the and haven’t had a panic attack since, I’m so grateful for this product.

I have really noticed a change in the 1st week. My only complaint is it is hard to open the individual packages. My hands have a hard time opening small things.

These are delicious. Not sure if they did anything but I sure enjoyed eating them

These taste so delicious that you’ll think it’s a fruit chew. I feel like I am starting to see some changes but it is still too early to tell. I will be buying more since I take 2 a day.

Unfortunately I did not reap the benefits of great sleep with these. I felt a brief sense of relaxation and that was all. I haven’t had a good nights sleep with these once. But, to be fair, Tylenol PM and melatonin usually keep me awake too as well as tHC gummies…. I feel relaxed but can not sleep. With these ashwagandha chews I tossed and turned all night. I can probably take them in the morning but I’m not sure I will as I was hoping they would help with sleep. I will probably gift the rest and see if they benefit them.

This has been helpful with brainfog and sleep (though I recommend taking in the morning actually.) Tastes great too.
