Pure C8 helps me with Keto
Nutricost C8 powder is great in my coffee. Fends off the hunger that occasionally comes with intermittent fasting. Boosts my ketone production and hopefully continued weight loss. Down 20 lbs and counting. Use a frother to get it mixed in good and it's just like a coffee creamer. No upset stomach issues... just take it easy at first until you get used to it. Only takes about a week of slow increases in serving size. Start with 1/4 scoop and work your way up to a full one.

Part of my daily routine
Great price on a "supplement" that has helped my cholesterol numbers immensely. I mix w a Lil raw sugar in coffee cup n then add hot coffee as I stir. Mixes well this way, and you honestly don't notice it, no "greasy film" like the oil version, but still get the benefits

C8 is the fat burning powder oil, and no upset stomach
This is Nutricost’s C8 MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides) oil. Apparently C8 was found to be the best of the coconut oils to maintain Ketosis and burn fat by forcing your cells to expend energy. The previous container I purchased didn’t have “C8” on the label so I was a bit disappointed. This time I made sure to purchase the right one, however, I wonder why Nutricost bothered to sell a nearly identical product that does not have C8 MCT. Anyway, the powder blends from its 1 scoop (included) of powder form into a liquid state (8 fluid oz, not included) quite well. The taste is fairly tasteless, and turns the water I use to take it in the mornings a milky white, which to me is ideal. I first started using a straight oil version of C8 from another brand, but changed to this powder form when it was discovered that the liquid oil version gave me intense stomach cramps and multiple trips running to the bathroom to “cleanse.” The scoop it comes with has an extra long handle to dig deep in the oversized container (it’s mostly air), but it needs a long handle to reach to the bottom anyway, I suppose. Getting it into a bottle is as difficult as one might suspect from a fine oily powder that may stick together, but at least it doesn’t clump together. You will need a funnel if you plan to fit it into a half-filled Costco water bottle like I do in the mornings, as per my daily routine. In conclusion, I can confirm the powder form of C8 MCT oil noticeably lightens the stomach discomfort, and I believe it still helps keep my body in Ketosis. After losing 64 lbs, do you think I am going to stop? Haha…. No.
