Best value for your dollar
I have owned many different types of tile cutters from mechanical to manual. I needed a tile cutter that could accommodate large size tiles. The tile material I needed this cutter was granet and it had no problem cutting straight cuts which saved me a lot of time. The unit is very large and a little heavy for what I'm use to using but thats alright. I have no regrets purchasing this tile cutter and highly recommend it.

Good but not great quality. Good for the DIY’er.
You get what you pay for. It does the job pretty well. The laser is useless though. I purchased this unit to cut 6 large tiles (24X48). It got it done. It’s mid level quality at best. Good for the DIY’er.

It won't work for 48 inches title.
I bought this to cut 48 48-inch titles for a kitchen project, but sadly, this cutter won't work. I tried a few straight cuts, and it broke 2 of my 48" by 48" titles. I ended up using the wet saw.

cuts ok, not very good for large tiles
Cutter works great, but the tracks they used for the slide, are too weak, so when cutting large format tiles, it doesn't score very well in the center of the tile, because the bars flex and relieve pressure in the center. You can work with the machine to get it to work right, but that's why I only gave it 3 stars. I shouldn't have to do that.

Bang for your buck
This cutter is the best bang for your buck. For the price, I can’t complain. There is a learning curve to the cutter though. The length of the cutter makes the metal bracing bend, which in turn messes up the cut. However when you learn to use it, this tool is better than spending $1000 + on a name brand one. 9/10
