Cable Bike Lock, Combo 6' x 1/2"

Great bike lock! The picture is exactly what is shipped when ordered. The coil is long and can easily lock up 2 adult bikes or 2 adult bike and 3 children's bikes. Cable is thick and would be difficult to cut. Combination code is easy to set and the numbers are easily turned to enter your code. The coiled cord makes it easy to store and transport when riding. Only one slight drawbacks: the coiled cord is thick and requires some effort to unwind to lock up bikes. Often I am the only adult riding with my kids and it's been incredibly easy for me to lock and unlock bikes.

Excellent lock! The piece for quickly attaching it to your bike when you're riding broke right away (the screw had already been stripped when we got it, but we didn't know), but we just wrap it around the handle bars like we would any other lock that doesn't have a quick-attach. Other than that, it works great, is nice and long, very secure, and super easy to lock and unlock.

This bike lock is easy to use and feels sturdy. The cable is long enough to secure my bike to different racks, and the combination lock is convenient because I don’t have to carry a key. It’s lightweight, flexible, and easy to store.

Seems sturdy enough. The combination lock was easy to reset. There was one major flaw however, I bought this one because it came with a lock holder that attaches to the bike. The problem is now the lock feels permanently locked into the holder! I can't get it to release, even when pressing the release button. I have been using it to lock to poles and whatnot but it would be nice to properly lock the wheels. I just decided to keep it. I'd buy again but wouldn't use the holder, perhaps?

I actually like this lock much better than I originally thought. The combination is easy to set, and the coiled design, which I didn't like at first, has proven to be beneficial in stowing and everyday use. The cable lock is extremely weather proof. I like that the numbers are large for a 53 year old to see with clarity. Master lock seems to always product good quality products and this is no different. I use it to also secure my RV generator when camping, which gives me a piece of mind when exploring the surrounding area and it is left unattended. Very happy with this versatile lock and would feel comfortable recommending to others. No regrets!

Unfortunately it’s a really good lock as it’s not easily cut. Would be very difficult to steal anything it locks up… However when it fails to open that’s not helpful! Bought this for my daughter to use while in Atlanta. Right away, we changed the code so she would be able to remember one she established. You attest the side dial and set the new code. We did that and tested the new code several times before locking up her bike. The next day I put the lock together and locked up her bike. She was able to unlock it herself and rode to a local Target. When she arrived, she called me and asked if I had difficulty putting the lock back together when I used it, I said no, although it was a bit “stiff”. I told her to push it together and that should be fine. She did eventually, locked the bike, and went into the store. When she came out, she could not open the lock. She tried several times and it would not unlock despite having unlocked for me, and for her. She asked for help, tried lubricating it (since it was stiff), and nothing would work. The lock would not open. She asked for help from Target employees and security. Even though they could not get it open. They tried cutting it with typical bolt cutters and it could not be cut. It took a locksmith to open it and they used specialized cutting tools. So while this is a great lock that is not easily cut, I am having a hard time giving it more than one star because she used it three times before it wouldn’t open. It’s being returned.

Simple to program, easy to wrap a round bike, not too heavy but feels like it work take some work to cut it with a cable cutter. my wife uses it. Great to not have a key to lose. And she could program it with 4 digits she can remember.

I think its a nice tool for bicycle, but it can be breaked with a strong cutter. They might need to get a very thicker material so its hard to break
