As a grown up without much time, that's high praise. This volume follows the major changes of the last few books. Invincible has left Earth and become a father. While he was gone, the superhero Robot has quietly taken over the world to pursue his Utopian vision. And, so far, done rather well. With this book Kirkman takes new chances, which I won't spoil. The book includes an interesting look back on Invincible's earliest adventures which only reminds me how good this book is. There's also an art change with long-time artist Ryan Ottley stepping down for original artist (and co-creator) Cory Walker. I'm not sure what the story behind the change is but both artists are great and there's no change in quality. The book is planned to wrap up with issue #144 (this book covers up to #132) which is the only bad news. it will be missed. Review: Hands down best superhero story ever written. - Great quality and much easier to read than a huge compendium. I prefer the larger prints and higher quality paper.
