At this point, I got my sign either two or three years ago and it’s still kicking great. The light settings and brightness settings are great and convenient, and I chose pink and it lights up my entire room very beautifully. Thank you for the craftsmanship in the sign.

Bought these for my teenage daughters. They were exactly what I ordered and are still working to this day. Bought them 2 years ago. They were easily customizable installation was super easy the girls hung them up themselves. The color was exactly what I ordered. For an indoor neon sign they are great quality. For the price it was a great value. My girls have enjoyed them.

I purchased as a Christmas gift. It was great, a nice decorative addition. Then it started going off on it's own intermittently. When wiggling the cord, it blinked on and off, but now it's off permanently. The trouble seems to be from the switch itself. I would have expected it to last a lot longer for the price. Edit: Changed my review to 5 stars due to being contacted by the seller and given a full refund. I greatly appreciate exemplary customer service which is in short supply these days.

I absolutely love this product. I honestly wasn't expecting it to be as bright as it is. My room is really big and it lights my room up like crazy. It also has multiple lighting options, so if you want a dimmer option you can make it like so. Not to mention it's super cute to be hung on the wall or even just laid next to a shelf. The only thing I'd change is that I do wish it was battery operated. As the cord is very visible and doesn't look great when you want to hang it.

I received my light in March and it stopped working in July. Not happy. I have it in my Salon and hate that I have to get it replaced and rewire it on the wall. Tried to get a video of it just flickering, but the light does not show up on footage.

I purchased 3 of these signs for various members of my family. I gave one as an early Christmas present because it looked so great. The recipient loves his gift. Everything works. Looks wonderful. Very bright. Exactly what I ordered. Thank you! The only minor negative is the thin shipping box it came in was labeled Fragile but had been very bashed up by the time it got to me. Thankfully, it did not affect the signs.

Awesome product. Looks like real Neon tubing but brighter. The fact that it can run off batteries is great even if it's only for a few hours. Would definitely order again. Shipping is from china so it took two weeks after I placed my order but it was worth the time and price. Compared to the other vendors on Amazon, this one had the most customization options available such as font, multiple colors, battery option, blinking option, etc.....
