Q: Is the container glass?

Yes, the container is amber glass. Glass was chosen to minimize any possibility of contamination of the capsules by compounds used to make plastic. The amber color protects the contents from being damaged or altered by the UV light given off by sunlight and modern LED lights. Once empty, many reuse these bottles to store other medications or cooking herbs. If you choose not to use the empty bottles in this way, please recycle them responsibly. Q: Are any of the ingredients for this product sourced from China?

The tart cherry is US-grown, the celery seed comes from India, and the burdock root is from China. In each case, before encapsulation the material is tested for heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, fillers, and bacterial contaminations. Once they are packaged, several bottles are randomly sent off to be retested for all those to make sure no accidents occurred during manufacturing. I have trust issues and since my name is on the bottle, I make sure they are the purest, cleanest version available.
