The main modern colors of Parker Jotter pens together.
Black, blue and red are the Parker Jotter ballpoint pen colors one is likely to find in a store that carries the brand. Unlike what the picture implies, they did NOT come together is an integrated set, but arrived in individual packaging that was diifficult to wrap when I gave the three pens as a gift. Parker Jotters are the best pens available among those affordable to the average person. They write smoothly, but the broad point refills I prefer (generally available on Amazon and pen specialty stores) are even smoother, and the fine point refills many people prefer are a little less smooth. They are also available on Amazon and eBay in an ever-changing array of colors, most of which are exceptionally pleasing to the eye.

Excellent Pen
This pen is great, which I would definitely hope so for the price. Clicks like a gunshot, quality materials, high quality fit and finish, and a clip that you don't have to physically lift to clip it to something. To take a moment for my random soapbox, I find that so many pens have clips that are so tight you can't just clip the pen to something; you have to either pinch the clip in such a way to force the clip up a bit, or press very hard while holding the material you want to clip to so it won't buckle. It's such a silly thing to like about this pen, but I like that I can tuck it into the spiral of my notebook or into a breast pocket (yes I am a nerd thank you) without having to think about it). It's not a cheap pen (and if you borrow this pen from someone and try to walk away with it, expect a swift and brutal retribution) but buy once, cry once.

Excellent
This IS your grandfather's Jotter which is exactly what I wanted!! Same great quality, and I ordered another - ONLY because I am notorious for losing pens. LoL

Simply a wonderful pen
It used to be that Parker jotters could be found everywhere, stationary stores, drug stores, college campus stores and the like. No they have all but disappeared from these locations. Sad. Those of us who still write and take a lot of notes have been stuck with the cheap plastic junk that has found its way in the market. They have to be sold a dozen at a time as that is only about a weeks worth. Yes there are a few fantastic pens if you are willing shell out a lot of cash. The Parkers are not quite the same as forty years ago. The plastic barrels can bend and the threads can strip. Overall today's are still better than most others. Great news is that Parker now has a full range of pens with metal barrels and caps. In addition to bright steel, the metal barrel come in dozen different. I need two for my work, blue and red. These are going to last. Priced from $7.00 to about $20.00, you can beat this pen.
