This really does work. I tested it on myself, several coworkers, and my wife and daughters. It really does work to help reduce and even eliminate headache pain, even migraines. There can be some discomfort in your hand when it is on, but it is minimal if properly put on.To easily get it on, spread your thumb and index finger as wide as you can and slide it on.I may order more to have some at work for coworkers.

This thing is junk. Don't waste your time or money. It is small and tight and I couldn't get it on my medium-size female hands. It was so tight it was not only painful, I could barely slide it on and it wouldn't stay in place, pushing itself off my hand. I called the number on the "handwritten" card inside the package to let them know of my experience, and the number I called 5 times had several messages about how the call couldn't be connected. Besides this being only about 25 cents worth of plastic, it won't work on more than a child's hand and is a rip-off. If there was a zero rating, that's what I would give it.

I have small hands but this is a little small for me. It works but can't wear long due to size.

I wear them when i get a headache. When it comes off my headache comes back. It’s just awkward to put on and i would imagine someone with limited mobility or arthritis would have a difficult time trying to put these on. They don’t just slip on. You have to use some strength and coordination using on hand to put on the other hand. I have a hard time trying to keep these thing in place too. When I have these on, they limit my ability to use my hand and I’m not able to grab anything. So I guess it helps with having to relax and not exert myself. But it got rid of my tension headache and i’m okay with the compromise.

One .sometimes it's the weather( rain) .as soon as I feel it coming on I grab this awesome acupressure clip take a couple of headache pills and in just a minute or so it's stops .PAIN IS GONE!!AMEN I HAD a friend who studied reflexology. And she did it with her fingers the same spot u put the clip it took a lot longer. I just told my property manager and gave her the ad inside the box, her daughter gets horrible headaches too.
