"The Heaven Answer Book" is a collection of Billy Graham's writing on heaven and other topics of interest. He begins by explaining that most of us have a deep conviction that we are immortal souls who will live forever. Then he explains that heaven is a real place. If you are curious as to what heaven looks like you will find a little information on that. This is not like a book of near-death experiences that describe heaven in detail. However there is an explanation of how heaven is a place of perfection where people who believe in Jesus will experience everlasting joy and total peace. Some information is also given on what people will do in heaven. So this is a good introduction to the topic. I found this to be a positive and comforting message of hope. If you still don't know if you are going to heaven or not you will find out how to get there in this book.~The Rebecca Review

Billy Grahams book covers so many topics about Heaven and answers questions we’ve all had. He answers them short n sweet n to the point in two r three short paragraphs. I can’t put it down. Bot one for an unbelieving friend who died before it arrived. I’m giving it to my Gson. He promised to read it because the person it was supposed to go to was very special to him too. A must buy. You won’t believe how amazing it is til u buy it!!! Even after reading it twice, I can’t put it down. Billy answers each question short n sweet n to the point.

I am doing a class at an assisted living community using this book. We are learning what the Bible has to say about what Heaven is like and there is no better person to learn from than Billy Graham.This book isn’t large print but is easier to read than normal print. It is a small book in size so nice for storage. Senior size…..teeheeI highly recommend this book. You can learn about Heaven too…and I might add….make sure you know the Bible way to get to Heaven.John 14:6

Real questions people have. Accurate answers from the Bible . A good book for those who are curious from all walks of life.

Graham's book is very helpful in terms of answering some of those questions that we just aren't sure about. Although he sometimes may take a little liberty with the interpretation of scripture the book gives a good starting point for discussion. For example, what about marriage in heaven? What about angels? The book is an easy read and, and nicely divided according to questions and categories.

A city with actual foundations. I had to think about that one.Billy Graham explains, "The Bible doesn't tell us everything we'd LIKE to know about Heaven, but the Bible does tell us everything we NEED to know about Heaven while we are here on earth. He also says to us, "Remember: the Bible is our only authoritative source of information about Heaven."It seems like we think more about Heaven after a loved one has died or maybe we get a serious report from the doctor. I tend to think about Heaven on the 'blah' days, wondering what my loved ones are doing right now, and what it was like when they first saw Jesus face-to-face. Then I tend to get depressed thinking about how much I don't deserve to be there, and how many things I wished I had done differently, how others are so much better suited for Heaven than I am, etc. A favorite of mine included in The Heaven Answer Book: "Come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest."This 179-page book has a small footprint. I was surprised at how small it is, but it contains just about everything anyone can know about Heaven, plus a reminder for us to "look at Jesus Christ as He is found in the pages of the New Testament" and give our lives to Him."Heaven is where the Lord is, and Christ is Lord of Heaven and earth. He is able to rule from Heaven and also live within our hearts." He quotes 2 Peter 3:13 where it says, "We are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, the home of righteousness." From Revelation 21:4, "There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."Perhaps one of the most important chapters in this book is, "What is the main difference between earth and Heaven?" Here Dr. Graham gives the Plan of Salvation.Other parts that I was glad to be reminded of include Isaiah 33:17, "YOUR EYES will see the king in his beauty and view A LAND THAT STRETCHES AFAR." I put some of those words in caps because they spoke to me. Billy Graham tells us that "We will require a heavenly transformation to comprehend such glory." Until that time, though, he tells us to "practice patience while waiting, let thoughts of Heaven's glory fill your soul. They will sustain you until the day your eyes are fully opened."What will we see when we get to Heaven? "We will gaze at His nail-scarred hands, fall at His feet, and weep with joy, praising His wonderful name. That's what we'll see in Heaven."Those are just some of the words that touched me in this book. Each of us will have our own favorites, of course.Right now I am just wondering how many of these books I should buy so I can give them away.

Billy Graham can be trusted to state that which is written in the Word of God.Some reviews insinuated there wasn’t enough conjecture on Heaven. Problem is it would be largely speculation on his part to write of something we do not know. And that is what I wanted, the information within scripture.I myself loved it. It’s an easy read, and easy to refer back to, especially as I highlighted those points that touched me.I only wish there were more.Thank You, Billy Graham.
