After trying numerous multivitamins over the years I stumbled upon this one at the store one day. I can say it is the best quality multi I've found on the market. After taking it almost daily for 6 months, barring a few hiccups, my assessment of it hasn't changed.Effectiveness/Quality:Most if the vitamins in this are well above the typical recommended doses, with 10 of the 23 vitamins being 300% or higher. This is fine for an active individual with diet restrictions, but for most it is excessive. It can result in nothing being absorbed and instead expelled as waste.The vitamins absorb into the body well, but only when taken with food. None of my blood work shows low levels of vitamins and I feel more energetic while taking it consistantly, showing it does work.Swallowing:The pills are moderately sized and swallow easy with water. No issues with my stomach regardless of whether I take it before or after a meal. The taste is very mild and not bad, likely owing to the inclusion of vanilla flavor in the ingredients.Overall, I recommend the product highly for those who have moderate to high levels of activity. Those on restricted diets may also benefit from it!

I use these vitamins a supplement to my general nutrition regiment.They provide more than the daily recommended dose of nutrients.These pills are slightly larger than others that are on the market, other than the size, I don't have any complaints.

Most multi's are near worthless. I've shopped Vitamin Shoppe brand because I have it local to me and their products tend to match high value with lower prices. Highly recommend.

I've been taking the Ultimate Man vitamins for about 15 years now and am convinced there isn't a better vitamin on the market. I've tried various Gummies, Men's Daily, and the Kirkland brand, and non of them seem to give me the same energy boost or get along with my stomach as well as the Ultimate Man. After all this time I'm done trying ANY alternatives. Now that I can get the Ultimate Man vitamins through Amazon Prime this is the only one I'll buy.

taken vitamins for years. always felt good on taking them. for me being 0ver 50 they worked good for meif you first time trying out give them few weeks to get fully in your body. once fully in your body you will fillthe effects in your body.
