I use this hakama for my aikido training. The quality is good, and it doesn't wrinkle too easily. Machine washing is not a problem. However, I am 6'0 and ordered one size smaller than recommended (I got the L), which was the right choice since for martial arts you want some clearance from the ground (otherwise you trip easily). With this modified size choice, it's the right fit for me.

It fits accordingly to the size chart but the front ties were a little bit short.

Woweeee what a find. I wear these as regular streetwear. I pair them with dress style cowboy books, lots of cool jewelry, and a nice draped top. The fit of these pants are so wonderful. The quality is wonderful. Well made, constructed, and styles. Great fabric, doe not wrinkle that much.

The front ties dont wrap around my fatness, so I have to make due with tying them in the back, and the back ones have a similar issue, probalky just a sizing thing.

Great value! Fit perfect. Durable material.

Could have come with instructions for how everything goes together, but other than that, it is a well made uniform.
