Got the pump, set it up, worked fine for 1 month then all of a sudden just stopped working for no obvious reason. Went to return and it says window closed. Horrible waste of money. Works not have bought if I knew the fine print on return.

I primarily use this to drain my 24’ above ground pool. Drains very quickly and efficiently. Also very quiet! Drained my pool down to about 2” in about 6 hours.Easy to use, just plug it in, tip it sideways for about 15 seconds, then place in the water and it goes to work. It has a float, so it will shut off once the water is down to 2 inches.

I’m using this with my homemade solar pool heating setup. I have this pumping water up to the roof of my patio (approx 12-15’ straight up) and then thru 600+ feet of landscaping tubing and back down into the pool.It’s been running a few hours every day for the last month and so far has been great.With this setup we get approx 2 gallons of water flow per minute.Which has been perfect to allow water to flow slow enough to get warm before returning to our pool. 8’x30” above ground pool (approx 900 gallons).The pump sits in the pool on the opposite side of the warm return water to make sure we don’t overheat it as it has a 95 degree limit.We did get the pool up to 86 during a recent heat wave.The only flaw was that the base that holds the pump up a few inches, fell off the pump.The welds were done so horribly- they were so small and barely there.I used JB weld and was able to reattach it.For the price and the amount of power I needed, knowing I was going to far exceed and max out head pressure- this has been a great pump so far.Here’s hoping it makes it the whole summer

Worked perfect to drain my pool down and pool sump well. Highly recommend this unit.
