These are really good for anyone that needs energy for 5 hours plus. They definitely work. I do not drink any energy drinks or shots any more, I just get enough sleep and drink water. I wouldn’t say this is a bad thing to consume but only for desperate times where you absolutely have to stay awake for an extended amount of time.

For those that hate the taste of coffee but want to be awake like the rest of the world......this works. It doesn't taste great - but goes down better if kept in the refrigerator! I can get it down in about 3 swigs - followed by a bite of something - anything to kill the taste. It is worth the few seconds of yuck taste because you will have energy to go about your day - but no jitters.

Always keep this at my desk - I do 1/2 in the morning and then finish the 1/2 in the afternoon. Gotta keep awake at work!!!

Exactly as described. Decent deal for bulk especially with inflation. I was a bit confused with the set up of product? I thought I was ordering Grape Extra Strength because the rest are, but it was regular. I mean not much to say. Was brand name and does as said.
