I really like this shell for the MacBook. Been using it for several months now for a laptop that I regularly lug to work, drop in a backpack full of other electronics with corners and edges, and take with me on trips. Granted, I've never truly stress tested this with a drop, but for resisting basic situational wear and tear, this gets 5 gold stars. It has kept my machine shiny and safe.The surface isn't as smooth and uniformly colored as on other shells. There's a definite pattern and subtle matte texture, but I like that it gives me some grip. A random bonus is that the clear layer adds a bit of depth that gives any stickers a slight 3D shadow effect, if you're the type that likes adorning the cover.My primary concern was that this would add thickness to a machine that's already a bit chunkier than the MacBook Air. Fortunately, it barely adds any weight, and overall, it's about as thin as you'll get for something that still gives you hardshell protection. Good quality fit. Once snapped on, the cover isn't going to accidentally pop off. However, if you do need to remove it, that's not too hard to do deliberately.Overall, a solid product for those of us who don't want loud graphics and logos.

I just received this case for the MacBook Pro that I purchased yesterday, and I have already been able to place it on my computer. I have had covers in the past that I have not been able to install, but this one fit easily and nicely over my computer, and I was able to do it myself. It covers both the top and the bottom. There is an opening for my cord and other connections on both sides of the computer. My Apple logo shows through, but it is protected as is the bottom, and there is no added weight when I carry it. Although I am not going to try it, I feel that I could drop my computer, and it wouldn't sustain any damage. The price is reasonable as well. Color me very happy with this purchase.

I'm very glad for the purchase. I had been waiting until was available in blue. It looks beautiful, solid and safe. The cover's surface is a bit slippery in hands grip, but that's a minor thing, easy to get used to it. I really like it! It's one of those small things making me happy while looking at or keep in hands. It's my third hard case for my MacBook Pro. The previous ones were a failure. This one is almost perfect!

Love using these for my Macbook. Had a clear version sold directly from the Apple store on my previous model. Will eventually break when dropped enough; but had no problem continuing to use cracked. Protected the laptop which is the key. Very good for the price.

Great no notes, maybe too expensive, I also don't drop my laptop like I drop my phone so the durability is still tbd.

I bought this case in July 2024, and it cracked in January 2025. I am very careful with my laptop. I've never dropped it. I keep my laptop covered by this case, plus I use a protective padded case over my laptop, and I put it into my backpack that has an elevated pocket for my laptop. I'm really annoyed that this case cracked in less than a year!! I emailed photos of the cracked case to incase. They told me they would send me a "courtesy" replacement, but I would have to pay a shipping and handling fee. Now the crack is larger than it is in the photos. I've only had the case for 9 months now. I gave it one star even though I think the case is protective, but the company's customer service is very poor. I did not agree to pay shipping to replace a defective product. If incase were a responsible company, it would stand behind its product.

This case lasted two years and now has chips on the corners. I'm not very hard on computers generally but this has slipped off a chair a couple of times. It looks nice but I will switch to a style with side bumpers now.
