This is a handsome looking blind and very easy to install. The first step is to ensure you include the correct measurements in your order. To help me with this, I contacted the Graywind sales folks, who clearly described how to take measurements and other details, that helped me complete my order. The blinds arrived within several weeks after I placed the order, and they were perfect in size, color and operation.Included with the blind were mounting hardware, instruction manual, and a remote control. The few questions I emailed to Graywind during installation were answered quickly and clearly via email response.Once installed the blind is very neat looking and works very well with the remote control. When I need blinds again I will place my Amazon order for Graywind blinds.

The blinds arrived on time as expected. They were packaged nicely. They were easy to install & look great. The light was filtered perfectly when completely closed due to the "S" curve design. We did have programing issues. We contacted the company & they called promptly to assist us with the issues. They went above & beyond to make everything right for us. This was the best customer support that we have ever received. I recommend this company.

The blinds work like a charm. I'm using the solar panel to keep the battery charged. However, I wanted know if I could also wire/plug it into my 240V home electrical system. I tried the on-line chat but did not any response.

I haven't been able to find a valence to cover blind. Still trying to get it to work with Alexa

I received a quote from a local company for a comparable product and was shocked at the cost! I came across this option and decided to give it a shot.I received them in a reasonable time frame and had them up in no time. It was then I realized I screwed up, big time. I totally mis-measured the length needed.I got hold of Graywind via Whatsapp, which I had never used before but it was easy to navigate. I spoke with a customer service rep named "Zoe", who couldn't have been more helpful!Zoe ordered replacements for all three mos-measured blinds and expedited shipping to me. Above and beyond!!!Zoe also patiently went through the setup process and got them up and running! She was extremely patient and made sure I was happy.In closing, I was super nervous about this whole process from product quality, to being unsure of accurately measuring to them working like I expected. Rest assured, all of these items were addressed and I know have EXACTLY what I was looking for for a FRACTION of the price.Please don't be concerned, you can do this!! I don't write reviews often, but in this case both the product, and the customer service made me feel I really needed to!Buy them, you won't regret it!!

I do not typically write reviews. However, in this case I am compelled to provide one.I started with one window to ensure that the blind worked as indicated and I now have them throughout the house. Graywind has been a joy to work with! They made a change to their motors before I ordered the bulk of my blinds. However, through email and also telephone calls their customer service did a fantastic job of assisting me with exactly what I needed and modifying my shades back to the original motor in order to be consistent with my first blind.I did run into some difficulty with pairing the remote, however Zoe and their customer service group provided immediate feedback and helped me work through all of the issues.I wish that every supplier on Amazon was as much of a joy to work with as it has been with the Zoe and the team from Graywind.Again, I do not normally provide reviews. However, I cannot say enough good things about Greywind . Be careful with your measurements, reach out to them when you have questions, and they will assist you every step of the way. I highly recommend greywind blinds.

Overall, this is a great shade for the price. Finding a Venetian blind that has both motorized lift and tilt is very challenging, but this one does both. The only reason it’s 4 vs 5 stars is because it’s a little loud compared to other motorized blinds.
