2022 Samsung Galaxy S22 5G 256GB - Phantom Black (Renewed)

There are plenty of reviews online about the handset - excellent choice for a premium small-form phone, but I wanted to comment on the Refurbished element. Absolutely first class service all round. Arrived one day earlier than the expected delivery date. Handset was professionally packed in a fold-out box, and even came with a charger!The charger is one of the slower types, but as most phones (no matter how expensive) don't even come with this included these days, it was most welcome. The only other thing in the package was the small tool for opening the SIM Card drawer.The phone itself is in immaculate condition - you would not know it was refurbished at all. Once charged the installation was straightforward and it works perfectly. I've waited a few days before reviewing to check the battery performance, as that seems to be a concern with refurbished handsets, but I've no complaints. It needs charged at around the same time as my Pixel 8 Pro with similar usage.All in all I'll be planning to upgrade next summer, but to another relatively recent model refurbished handset, rather than spending fortunes on the latest must-have gadget. Just make sure to go for a refurb listed as 'Excellent'.

Was informed the phone would be delivered later in the week. Instead it was delivered by 9am the next day - very impressed. Also, the quality of the phone, advertised as 'good', just a couple of small scratches on the screen but the saving I have made on the product outweighs this and I am very impressed with the quality. If you are not bothered about the phone being delivered in the original box then I would definitely recommend this company. The phone arrived well packaged with a charger, plug and SIM pin/opener included. One year guarantee included. I would definitely use again.

I like the phone overall, it did arrive in good condition with only 2 marks that are only visible upon close inspection. I believe after about 4 months the battery started to deteriorate and now at 6 months it loses charge very quickly. I always have my phone on power saving mode and have it set to only charge to 80% to ensure battery health. Since the battery is worse, I checked the phones battery activity in settings and I can see that after charging my phone to 80% and about 20 minutes of screen time the battery rapidly decreased even though the phone wasn't being used and then completely died after 4 hours. Again this was in the standard power saving mode with zero screen time. The background app usage also appears to be relatively low and no different than usual. Previously an 80% charge would last overnight and still have 60-70% charge by the morning.

The quality is excellent great value for money and arrived a day before was due would use again

Delivery was very prompt and kept updated.Packaging was inadequate although recycled (a few strips of newspaper laid in the box, not even screwed up to form a cushion)Quality was in my opinion far from the ‘excellent condition’ as per buying description. Especially considering a Vodafone shop scrutinised my iPhone 12 with an eye loop to find a tiny pin prick mark and declared it scuffed and worth £100 trade in!?Screen also had tiny scratches but unfortunately I didn’t take pictures as we thought it had a screen protector on.Not sure I’ll be buying second hand again.

I know Galaxy family since S3 and keep this trend continuously. This one was for my son who needed better performance but not breaking the bank. Great choice. Phone looks like new. Hardly noticable mark on top end of the frame. That's it. Battery life is pretty much normal I'd say. Keeps charge for a day with constant GPS on. Performancewise I've got no issues. Everything works as it should. I would consider amazon to purchase more devices.

The phone arrived in good condition, packaged in a plain box with generic charger and cable; there were some very minor scratches on the side (now hidden by a case) with the screen and back faces being spotless. So far the performance has been very good, battery life is similar to my previous Samsung phones, it lasts me the full day so I'm happy with that.Overall very pleased with the phone and price paid.

This review is for the actual device not the seller (although this seller was great).Device is great and meets all the amazon renewed standards exactly. Very fast and smooth processing, Battery life is almost new or maybe even brand new, screen has only 2 little marks not noticeable unless right in your face. Pink is not my first color choice but it was the best deal by a landslide so the color is least important to me although it's a very pleasant pink. On top of that Samsung just released the new update for the s22 so it's like almost like having an s24 minus the exact physical features of the s24.
