Runewars: Miniature Game Core Set for 156 months to 180 months

Great minis some of them needed glue the archers were annoying but they are cheap hard to break

Outstanding game that unfortunately the company isn’t supporting anymore, but that’s’ so no reason you can’t enjoy it. The only downside, and what maybe led to its fall was the fact that your really needed two core sets t set a good collection. With the price so low now that’s not a problem. I bought 3 and many expansions and am very glad that I did. It’s a game I can play for a long time to come. I just wish they had made Dwarves! Update, now that I've played it a few times, I LOVE this game! Outstanding!

Don't know about the game but you can't beat the price for the amount and quality of minis for painters.

Bought this when it was around $27.00. The minis have great detail, especially for the price. Not sure if I'll play the actual game, I got it to fill out my mini collection for D&D campaigns (size works well for 28mm). For a little over $0.50 a mini, I think this is a steal. From what I understand, this version of Runewars won't have any more releases, so probably won't be around much longer (not sure if this is true, but with the prices being so low on this merchandise, I wouldn't be surprised).

It's been sad to watch this amazing game suffer a slow death from neglect, not least because it's actually pretty awesome once you get a feel for it. The "little bit of everything" contents of this starter box don't do the full game justice, unfortunately, but most of the expansion sets are also pretty inexpensive now, so don't be afraid to pick it up and try it on for size. The rules feel a little funky at first, and to be sure they would've done well with a second edition to clean up their presentation and some tertiary details, but once you get the hang them the game starts to become a truly excellent fantasy strategy experience. I quickly accumulated an almost comprehensive collection of this product line, and even with how little I get the chance to trot it out I don't regret the investment.

Great game, a lot of fun to play, and as a fan of the other FFG Miniature games it's been real easy to learn and play a game in just one afternoon. Scales up nicely with plenty of room for expansion and variation, I have been very happy with it so far. Painting the figures has been pretty straightforward and their quality has also been spot on.

The sculpts and game is fantastic for the price, but I’m really unhappy that I got a production error. I’m unable to complete the full 16 human soldiers. And as you can see in the pic, got another torso instead of legs. Is there anyway I can get legs for this? It’s bothering me.

Detail on the mini's is good but you will have to sanding down the mold spurs

love that everything is well made the guides are good and it comes with 48 great miniatures the only thing is you do need some expansions to get a really good game but I like it, good game mechanics, 8 out of ten will buy more expansions for this game

Por el precio y lo que contiene está excelente, las figuras están bonita aunque en general son fácil de armar, con los esqueletos batallé un poco en qué enbonaran las piezas
