3D printed Anemone guard for Vortech MP 10 powerhead. Prevent your Anemone from wandering into your powerheads! Also very effective in keeping snails and other inverts from getting to the impeller. Slightly larger rounder shape provides a greater surface area for water to enter the pump, reducing suction forces across the face of the guard. Printed in reef safe black ABS plastic! Replaces the stock cover. Simply remove the original and replace with this one. Available in single quantities and as a reduced cost per unit double pack.

Best anemone guard on the market for the Vortech pumps. I've tried a few and this one is superior to the cheaper slip ons. This replaces the original cage and fits like an OEM product. The shape creates less suction on the intake holes and the holes are designed perfectly that it will not kill an anemone that ends up on the power head as long as you realize and stop the pump within a reasonable length of time.
